WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?
Kiddyhype offers a 30-day exchange and return policy, excluding Toys, Jewelry, Swimming Gear, Stationery, and Baby Care Items. Please send your parcel to us using any courier company to the address below:
KIDDYHYPE DEPARTMENT:
25-C/2, Sector No. 5, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
Please ensure that items are unused and include all original tags and packaging (if applicable). Upon receipt of the items, we will issue you a voucher via email, which can be used towards your next purchase.
- If you choose to return a product without specifying a reason, please note that delivery charges for the return will not be refunded by Kiddyhype.
- Online purchases can also be returned and exchanged at any Kiddyhype outlet, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy above.
